LA BOULANGERIE AU CARRE B², is the story of a meeting between two enthusiasts:
Benoît, born and raised in the North of France, started very early in the bakery business. After obtaining various diplomas, he perfected his skills working for major companies before starting his own business. Eager to discover the world, he joined a large organization and became a demonstrator abroad. Benoît has worked in more than 40 countries.
Bastien, born in the Paris region, he studied Business and with his diploma in hand, he took a position as financial manager at a large company. Hoping to pursue his dreams of being an entrepreneur and working with high quality products, he started a business in the food industry focused on marketing premium products to food trade professionals.
THE ENCOUNTER
Benoît & Bastien is the meeting of two lovers of the French know-how and fine products but also of entrepreneurship.
It was during a mission in Asia that Benoît & Bastien met and started working together. Their common values were the start of this great adventure: B².
